A - Purpose of processing and legal basis

The site www.lngcorridor.com provides commercial and institutional information concerning Società Italiana Gas Liquidi S.p.A. and its brands and products.

  1. Execution of the contract signed between S.V. and Società Italiana Gas Liquidi S.p.A.;

  4. Management of receipts and payments;
  5. Fulfilment of obligations under civil and tax laws, regulations and EU legislation;
  6. Information request for VCard activation;
  7. Information request for company certification.

In the event of your consent, for marketing purposes: to send information and promotional communications, also of a commercial nature, newsletters, advertising material and/or offers of products and services from the Controller.

The legal basis of the processing is the consent of the data subject as provided for in Article 6(a) of the GDPR.

 

B - Type of data processed

  • Personal Data:

With reference to the above-mentioned purposes, the data collected are First Name, Last Name and e-mail address.

 

  • Navigation data:

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.

 

  • Data provided voluntarily by the user:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of paper and/or electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the necessary acquisition of the sender's address, which is indispensable for replying to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

 

C - Compulsory/voluntary nature of data collection and consequences of failure to provide data

With reference to the purposes listed above, the provision of your personal data is obligatory in order to allow the Data Controller to respond to the request you have made, as well as in order to fulfil the obligations deriving from the contract and, in general, legal obligations. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible for the Company to fulfil its contractual obligations.

 

D - Modalities of treatment

Personal data will be processed in the following ways:

  • recording and processing on paper;
  • recording and processing on magnetic media;
  • organisation of archives in automated and non-automated form.

The data shall be processed by collaborators and employees of Società Italiana Gas Liquidi S.p.A. designated "Data Processors" to whom adequate operating instructions have been provided.

 

E - Data Communication

Personal data, insofar as this is instrumental to the pursuit of the purposes set out in point A, may be communicated to

- to all natural and legal persons (legal, administrative, tax consultancy firms, auditing firms, data processing centres, etc.) in cases where communication is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes;

- to our specially appointed collaborators and employees and within the scope of their duties.

Personal data may only be processed by persons within the Company in their capacity as Persons in Charge if the processing is necessary for the performance of their duties by carrying out exclusively the operations necessary for the performance of those duties.

Personal data may be processed by direct collaborators of Società Italiana Gas Liquidi S.p.A., who act as external data processors, whose list is constantly updated and can be consulted by sending a written communication to the address below or an e-mail to dpo@vulcangas.it or dpo.vulcangas@pec.it

Personal data will not be transferred abroad or disseminated in any way.

 

F - Data retention time

Personal Data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they were collected and in any case for no longer than 6 months from the date on which the contact request was made.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

 

G - Rights of data subjects

Within the limits of the applicable Regulations, you have the right to request, at any time, access to, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to be informed of their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request that they be supplemented or updated, or corrected, and to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you (Art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation No. 2016/679).

Pursuant to the same articles, you have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing in any case, for legitimate reasons.

Data subjects have the right at any time to obtain information on:

  • purpose of processing;
  • categories of personal data processed;
  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data are or will be disclosed;
  • the data retention period or, where not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
  • the existence of the data subject's right to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • the origin of the data in the event that they were not collected from the data subject;
  • the possible existence of automated decision-making processes.

Pursuant to the Applicable Legislation, you have in any event the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority) if you consider that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the applicable legislation.
